Getting a Referral
Referrals to Alberta ENT Consultants can be made by a family physician, audiologist, physiotherapist, or dentist. A referral can be faxed to 587-521-1072. Patients wishing to see an ENT specialist at Alberta ENT Consultants can speak to any of the above healthcare professionals for a referral.
Due to the volume of referral requests, we will contact you directly regarding your referral request. It is unnecessary to call or fax about a referral unless it has been more than 3 weeks since your original request.
Appointments to be seen by an ENT surgeon with Alberta ENT Consultants can be made by a referral through your family physician.
